50 Individual Size #3, 100% cotton pellets with 1.9 mg racemic epinephrine HCl per pellet (0.25mg epinephrine/mg pellet). Designed to aid in retraction and control bleeding quickly allowing you to keep your procedures moving.

Applying direct pressure with a moist 2×2 gauze will improve hemostasis. 

In cases of diffuse bleeding, an additional pellet may be added to the buccal or lingual area.
